This is a very common issue among 2007-2010 Civic Type R (FN2) Owners.
Tie Rods are replaced, and when trying to do the wheel alignment or tracking, there is not enough adjustment on the tie rod ends to set the tracking.
The issue is actually because the new tie rod end is too long.
The tie rod ends for the 2007-2010 Type R and 2.2 Diesel models are shorter than the 1.4/1.8 models.
Most of the aftermarket parts manufacturers list the same part number for all models, or even if they correctly list the different part numbers, the length is incorrect.
As can be seen from the above image, while the two tie rod ends look identical in shape, the one on the left is shorter. The shorter length allows for alignment/tracking to be correctly set without running out of adjustment.
