The Rocker Cover Gasket Seals between the Cylinder Head and the Rocker Cover (Valve Cover or Cam Cover)
These are made of rubber, and over time the rubber will harden causing oil leaks.
Replacement is also recommended when removing and refitting the Rocker Cover
