THE PRODUCT : IACV VALVE (Idle Air Control Valve)
The IACV Valve is responsible for controlling the engine idle speed by increasing/decreasing air flow in to the engine.
These can get blocked internally and result in an engine idle that increases and decreases (hunting idle).
Blocked IACV valves can also cause the engine to stall or switch off, when the accelerator pedal is not depressed.
