PCV(Positive Crankcase Ventilation) Valves control the build up of pressure within the engine crankcase and vent excess pressure typically to the intake manifold.
Blocked PCV Valves typically cause excessive smoke from the exhaust and uneven idling.
In addition excess crankcase pressure can cause early failure of piston rings and oil seals.

Genuine Honda supplied. Honda a bit mean not to include the crush washer but it’s a normal 14mm one that fits the sump so not difficult to obtain.
