Brake Caliper Seals serve two purposes
Keep brake dust and debris away from the caliper piston and sliders
Over time, the rubber brake seals degrade and allow dirt in to the brake caliper internals. This can cause the caliper to become “sticky” i.e. keep braking even though the brake is not applied.
It can also allow air in to the system which reduces braking efficiency.
The Rear Brake Caliper Seal Kit Honda Integra DC2 contains all seals and grease required to rebuild a pair (2) rear calipers.
