Shipping and Returns Information

Here at Japserviceparts we appreciate that you would like to get your order delivered to you as fast as possible.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of order receipt.


How to Track your Order

You will recieve an email with Tracking details and the courier used.

Some courier options will also provide SMS and Email updates for your delivery.

Please check the details in your order dispatch email.

How do I return an Item ?

Returns are accepted for all items subject to the following:

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery of your order

- Items to be returned should be in as new condition, unused, and returned in any manufacturer packaging as was originally supplied.

- Freight charges for returned items is the customer's responsibility, unless ordered items are faulty/damaged on receipt.

To return an item, please contact us at sales@japserviceparts.com or via telephone on 0208 8193 473. We will advise on the return address and packaging.

Upon receipt, we will refund the value of items returned as well as original delivery charge within 2 working days of receiving the returned items.


What happens if I do not receive my order ?

Please allow 3-5 working days from the order date.

If your order has not arrived in that time, 

  • Please check your tracking number using the methods above, it may be that the courier attempted a delivery, but no one was available to sign for the parcel.
  • Contact the delivery company via the couriers website to arrange collection from the courier or arrange a redelivery.
